Focus on essence. It’s essential to keep in touch with the warmth flowing from a gentle, mysterious source. Through the subtlety of awareness, and the endurance of focused work, this gift can be transmitted into art-making and offered out and shared. The human body has a vital center: the physical heart. If the artist can find the heart in her work’s process, she can nourish and care for it. Even a glimmer of aspiration to rediscover the place of essence is a solid step on the path. |
