A Private Place

A sacred space holds you deeply. 
Sacred space is an internal place you can go for shelter, no matter where you are. It is also a physical location, like an artist’s studio, that is off limits. It's a place that provokes raw energy; it’s self-acceptance; it’s sadness; it’s love; it’s a private place, it’s our birthright. 
Go back and feel the raw energy. Set that intention. The vast beauty of art-making is that it's safe. It's exactly where you can loosen up, work, and watch the river state begin flowing (or roaring!) again.
