Warmth

I am a reader with a library of books that have resonated deeply over time. I keep these resonant books because it's natural to treasure something that holds joy and insight. 
As a personal creative idea percolates and incubates within, I sometimes locate a familiar book connected to the idea and often, on opening the book randomly, there is a stepping stone or a possible confirmation in front of me. 
This process is also a metaphor for the internal journey of the heart; if we sincerely stick to a benevolent principle/vision, then, from within, an inner guidance or a distinct warmth surfaces. It’s tangible. It’s felt. It’s embracing.
And there's an almost transcendent touch to the “readiness” that accompanies both the signs and the doing of the work; no matter how connected the universe feels, the heart is the most powerful.
