​The invisible work ethic is the artist's path. It's observing pure dormancy and consciously
celebrating all the while. It's going about daily routine tasks and remaining alert and aware. It's remembering the rivers of fascination that rush below the surface.
We must reach out to the thread that keeps us alive and connected to our offering. We invisibly show up along with routine actions, letting it be known we are ready and willing. Every day, the artist arrives, rain or shine, heat or cold, hope or despair, and sharpens the tools. She watches and waits and embraces the action.
